Do you charge by truck space?
No. We quote based on the details of your pickup rather than a quarter-truck or full-truck price.
Can you take just one item?
You can request a quote for one item. Let us know what it is and where it needs to be picked up.
Do I need to move everything outside?
Tell us where the items are before booking. We confirm whether we can handle the access and include the work involved in your quote.
Is submitting a request a confirmed booking?
No. We need to confirm the items and access then agree on the quote and pickup time. Preparing a request on this page does not send it automatically.
Are there items you cannot take?
We do not accept hazardous chemicals or materials such as asbestos. Ask before including paint or batteries or other items needing special disposal. Item acceptance is confirmed before booking.
